I don't even know where to begin… I guess I can start by saying I can't believe it's the end of my junior year of college because I still feel like I should be in seventh grade. In the last two weeks the Collegian has become my second home and I wasn't sure if I thought that was going to be a good thing, but it totally is. I'm still the only girl writing for sports and I'm proud to be the "affirmative action" hire… I have a feeling that is never going to change, especially because Eli is just so mean.

I'm so excited for next year to actually write about a "real" sport. Yes, I guess track and swimming are real sports, but after writing track for over a year (thanks for that by the way) and then moving on to track in the water, AKA swimming, I was ready for an upgrade. That did come this spring with women's lacrosse and it was such an amazing experience, but after track who could complain?

Overall, it was a fun year and I learned a lot. I finally started caring about what I was writing about and tried a little harder, thank you women's lacrosse. Next year I'll be sure to come back with a thicker accent so I can make words like boat into seven syllables, you guys suck.

Jeremy and Connors - Congratulations on graduating and good luck with whatever you guys end up doing. Connors thanks for teaching me how horrible text wrap is and making me never want to have to figure it out on my own.

Meloni - Thanks for calling me dull. I'll really try and work on my dullness over the summer and hopefully I'll be able to bore you even more next year. Oh and you know that lacrosse picture I picked out was freaking amazing and being from Minnesota is cool, I don't care what you say.

Eli - I'm looking forward to being one of your assistants next year, but only if you aren't so mean. The Twins are so much better than the White Sox, just so you know.

Steve- Thanks for making me go down to the Collegian last year to get a beat, but I don't appreciate how you never went to any of the meetings, because I never got a ride home.

King - Bear Grylls is pretty sweet, but you know that if he was going to die he would be saved by his camera man. You've got to accept that.

To the rest of the sports staff- I had a lot of fun working with you guys the last year and a half and hopefully next year can be even better. And just so you all know, I don't care if you refer to the whole sports section as 'guys', it doesn't bother me.

ADRIANNE- How do you like your name in all caps in the newspaper? I bet you think it's pretty sweet. In fact, I hope you cut this out and hang it on your wall. You are such an amazing friend and life at UMass wouldn't have been the same without you these last three years, and senior year better be no different. Don't forget we still have to finish watching Alvin and the Chipmunks; hopefully it won't take so long to load. You better come to Minnesota this summer because the Turtinen family misses you like crazy.

Elise - Sorry I didn't do all caps like in Adrianne's, but she did request it first. I have two things to say, drunken leprechauns and friar tuck. I still owe you a drink, how about tonight? Maybe we can write some more musicals, we are so good at that. You and A better road trip to MN and come see me this summer; I can't handle three months without you guys. You are such a great friend, thanks for everything.

Obsession - I think that might say it all. I give you guys props for putting up with me all the time, and I mean all the time… the steamrolling, crazy voices and everything else I do that has to be so obnoxious. I thank you for always being there for me, love you all so much.

Little- You are so clueless, but I love it. I can't wait for next year when I can yell to you from my window. Love you and we're going on a DC date soon. I taught you well, Ly Lys forever.

The back hallway - Thanks for not killing me when I throw lacrosse balls at your door, try to lock you out of your rooms, bang on the walls to try to wake you up and just trying to annoy all of you because I'm bored. Hopefully next year I'll be able to piss you off just as much.

Seniors of Alpha Chi Omega- Congratulations! You girls have been such amazing friends and you will all go on to do amazing things. I can't imagine life at the house next year without all of you, good luck and congrats again.

Friends, have a great summer and I can't wait for next year, it's going to be a blast. Love you all.
