Santos' return sparks UNH win at Hofstra

Coming off an injury, it didn't take New Hampshire quarterback Ricky Santos long to regain his form and put the Wildcats back with the elite teams of the Colonial Athletic Association. The No. 9 Wildcats (5-2, 2-2 CAA) were on the road against the undefeated Hofstra team, but won 40-3 behind four passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown from Santos.

Strong showing for UMass in Boston

The event that floods the city of Boston every October has come and gone. The winners have been immortalized in the cold waters of the Charles River and the Massachusetts rowing team competed nobly in its two events. "I felt it was real promising," said UMass coach Jim Dietz.
