Ancient horror stories still inspire

According to UMass classics professor Deborah Felton, there's definitely more to Halloween then the well-known ghost stories of American culture. In her courses on Greek Mythology and Magic and Witchcraft in the Ancient World, Felton discusses the ancient ghosts, witches, vampires, werewolves and zombies of Greece and Rome with students.

Top Ten horror movies of all time

The idea of renting a movie may seem out of date and obsolete, but with movies like these good horror never dies. These movies are some that have replay qualities and are all classics in a genre that is widely misunderstood. "Rabid" (1977) Director David Cronenberg is known for his gore and bloodshed and this movie is no different.
